The Process: Your Journey to a New Website
Review and Feedback: You’ll receive an email containing links to your new website pages. During this stage, you can review the content and prepare for our follow-up call, where we’ll discuss your requested revisions.

Kickoff with a Personal Touch: On the day of the intensive, you’ll receive a “good morning” e-gift card for Starbucks—because who doesn’t love a caffeine boost? We’ll connect via video call to finalize your design assets, including font sizes, color placements, buttons, and calls-to-action.

Implementation in Action: Once we have your design approved, I’ll dedicate 3 focused hours to placing your copy and implementing your design requests onto the website.

Final Tweaks and Approval: With another 2 hours of focused work, I’ll configure the site based on your feedback. We’ll wrap up with a final call to showcase your new website and gain your final approval.
From Booking
to Launch!
Upon booking, you’ll immediately gain access to the Launchpad Portal. Here, you’ll find prompts to help you draft your website copy and design questionnaires where you can submit your preferred fonts and colors.
This needs to be completed before our intensive day to ensure all the pieces of your new website are prepped and ready for development.

To ensure a successful VIP day, here’s a checklist of items you need to prepare beforehand - but don't worry! Our Launchpad portal will walk you through every step!
Have your copy ready already? Awesome! You're good to go. If not, our proprietary questionnaires and copy prompts will walk you through every bit of website content to ensure you have a solid direction which will keep your website viewers intrigued and engaged.
Design Assets
Logos, preferred colors, and any images you wish to use can be submitted directly in your portal. The first phase of your VIP Day will include placing, sizing, and styling these assets to ensure they fit the space effectively, but we need to pre-load these assets into your account prior to development.
Template selection
Choose one of our pre-built designs or provide your own Showit template. Either way, this template must be selected and submitted prior to your design intensive to ensure we have adequate time to load and optimize the file.
Design Questionnaire
If you do not currently have a selected color scheme for your website, this questionnaire will help narrow down your preferences so you can make final selections on your font and color choices prior to the start date.
Showit access
Your Showit account must be activated and contributor access must be granted to ADP prior to your VIP date. Not sure how to do that? Let me know and I'll send you a simple tutorial.
